A little structure goes a long way.
Johnny.Decimal gives your information a simple numbered home: an area, a category, and an ID. Your JDex is the index that tells you what each ID means and where it lives. The same ID can connect files, notes, email, and links.

A skill is a set of instructions your agent can follow. This one teaches it to inspect your existing system, make the smallest coherent changes, and audit the result. It brings my organization rules; you bring your folders and JDex.
01
Find one good home.
File by purpose, reuse existing IDs, and use cross-references when something belongs in more than one context.
02
Keep the index in sync.
Check the JDex before assigning an ID, then record locations, related IDs, and decisions so you can find things again.
03
Leave a clearer system.
Use consistent names and dates, process inboxes, flag misplaced files, and report exactly what changed.
Make it part of your workflow.
